Third exhibition of the series of exhibitions “Creating Hands” was opened in Gevorkian Theological Seminary. The participants are painter Arevik Arakelyan and sculptor Narek Knyazyan.

We all speak one and the same language - the language of music. If we come unite one day, we can create the largest party ever. Lior Shambadal, chief conductor of Berlin Symphonic Orchestra, Jewish by origin, arrived in Armenia. 

State Symphonic Orchestra of Armenia together with the Foundation “Present Life” supports the children with blood cancer through their concerts. 

Another concert of the Orchestra was held on March 10, in Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.

The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia conducted by Eduard Topchyan presents gifted and promising young musicians to the public from time to time. This time the stage was occupied by the 18 years old violin player Sofia Vardanyan. She performed with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia for the first time in 12. This was her third cooperation. 

Last the Ensemble had performed Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 twenty years ago. After the hiatus, the Ensemble performed it with a practically new composition.   

 

Second exhibition of “Creating Hands” was opened in Gevorkian Theological Seminary  

The series of exhibitions “Creating Hands” continues in Gevorkian Theological Seminary of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. Susanna Mkrtchyan and Gor Hovhannisyan are the participants of the second exhibition of the project.

On February 22, famous filmmaker Artavazd Peleshyan turned 80. The jubilee evening of the master was held in National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. 

 

On October 4, the presentation of Ashot Voskanyan’s book “Time of Charents” was held in Khnko Aper National Library. The book was published by Printinfo and Actual Art Publishing Houses.  The presentation was held with the participation of other artists and intellectuals,  

 

The presentation of the new publication of the collection “World’s Wise Tales” was held in Khnko Aper Library, The book published by Edit Print Publishing House includes fairy tales, most of which are translated into Armenian for the first time.
