At Ayb School, the Feast of the Holy Translators was marked by a ceremony dedicated to the commencement of construction of the Holy Translators Church, located within the educational campus.
Father Mesrop Aramian, a co-founder of the school, emphasized that by canonizing the translators and establishing a feast day in their honor, the Armenian people have elevated the very concept of translation, recognizing it as a vital testament to their identity. The construction of the church—designed by architect Erik Ohanyan—is scheduled to be completed in 2029.
