By the initiative of Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum, for the duration of one month more than 300 young people from Yerevan and regions studied the long nose hero of Italian writer Carlo Collodi – Pinocchio. On June 1, Children’s Day, the results of the contest “The Adventures of Pinocchio” were summarized.

Surviving or large-formed:  this is how the ancient books which succeeded to survive the Genocide, are called. These is primarily ecclesiastical-spiritual literature. Six participants of the project “Masters Create Masters” performed with State Youth Orchestra


Another concert of the project “Masters Create Masters” established back in 2013 was held, which was launched by the Ministry of Culture. The project aimed at identification of musicians of 11-20 and enhance the interest to classic music.
 

 

Venice String Quartet was in Yerevan


On March 16, the Venice String Quartet was hosted in Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall. Oboist Gianfranco Bortolato performed together with the Quartet. The concert was dedicated to the 25th of establishing Armenian-Italian diplomatic relations.
