Major Garush Hambardzumyan's funeral in "Yerablur" military pantheon


The funeral ceremony of Major Garush Hambardzumyan, who was fatally wounded by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces on July 14, took place in the "Yerablur" military pantheon. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan, members of the government, NA deputies, generals, officers, members of the Hambardzumyan family and relatives were in "Yerablur". The funeral ceremony was presided over by the Catholicos of All Armenians.

A Liurgical chalice was donated during the Divine Liturgy of the Feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the St. Gevorg Church in Mughni by Gevorg and Karine Machanyans. The CD of the concert version of Komitas Liturgy has been released


The Latvian Radio Choir has recorded a CD of the concert version of the Komitas Liturgy, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Komitas. Conductors Mkrtich Mkrtchyan and Varuzhan Margaryan worked with the choir. The album was released by the famous American company "Delos", the sale is available from July 10.

Outdoor Film Screenings and Concerts will be held on the days of Fresco Festival


On August 24, the Yerevan project of the 7th Fresco International Festival of Contemporary Art and Spiritual Films has opened with the outdoor film screenings, which will last till September 01. Every day, from 19:00 to 23:00, the film screenings will be held in the area near the St. Anna and St. Katoghike Churches in Yerevan. Three outdoor concerts will also be performed.
