Feast of Saint Sarkis in St. Sarkis CathedralThe right-shaped reliquary of Sarkis the Captain was brought from the Mother See to St. Sarkis Church in Yerevan, and the hand-written Gospel of Elder Avetis was brought from Matenadaran. At the closing of the Divine Liturgy, a blessing service of youth was offered.

Festive Khachaptouyt (a march during which the leader holds the Armenian Cross) to Lovers’ ParkAfter the festive Divine Liturgy of St. Sarkis, many young people participated in the march of Khachaptouyt heading towards Lovers’ Park from Mashtots and Baghramyan Avenues. “Manana” visit to 35 needy familiesThe participants of “Manana” Youth-Christian program of Malatya visited around 35 socially insecure families to offer a home blessing service. The program was assisted by the newly-established social department of the Mother See, Spiritual Inspectorate of Criminal-Executive Institutions, Armenian Diocese of Canada and the Bible Society.
